SunPower solar technology is designed and manufactured by Maxeon Solar Technologies, a global leader in solar innovation.
Built from 35 years of boundary-pushing solar DNA, Maxeon is active in more than 100 countries, including in Australia with more than 30 employees at their Melbourne office.
The Sunpower Performance 3 panel includes an integrated Enphase IQ7A microinverter. This combination is made to last, with full product warranty of 25 years on both the solar panel and its microinverter.
Product Information
The SunPower Performance 3 panel uses shingled-cell technology, where a normal solar cell is divided in six sections that are then overlaid and glued together on the panel. This increases the cells’ flexibility, which translates into more durability. Shingled cells panels are also more efficient and better looking, because they don’t have any apparent conductors on their surface.
Bend, don't break
Shingle-cells are more flexible and therefore more resistant to mechanical stresses.
All-black look
Using a black backsheet and a black frame, the Performance 3 panel is the darkest and best looking panel on our current product range.
Enhanced warranties
25-year full product warranty on the solar panel and 25-year full product warranty on its integrated Enphase microinverter.
Compact power
At only 1,690mm long and 370W of rated output, the SunPower Performance 3 is an easier fit on smaller roof sections, compared to standard panels.
